Technology Abuse

Technology abuse is the number one way to abuse or harrass teens or even adults in some situations.

Abusers or harrasers can use text messaging, email, IM, and calling to harrass, abuse, or control their victim.

A couple ways to stop the abuse:

• Change your phone number
• Change your email address
• Change your IM screen name
• Change your text message email
• Talk to school counselors or police to stop abuse
